Depuis le 18 Juillet Crossloop propose la mise a jour 2.51 de son logiciel de telemaintenance phare

Apres un ajout discret du support des Mac OSX (Apple) avec une version dediée Crossloop annonce deux nouvelle fonctionnalitées

1/ Instant connect : doit permettre de lancer/connecter directement crossloop sans necessiter le partage de code au prealable et ouvrira directement une fenetre de chat.

2/ Connection apres redemarrage : ceci doit permettre de relancer automatiquement la connection assisté / assistant apres un rebot du pc assisté sans devoir reeffectuer toute la procédure de connection initiale. ce qui sera bien pratique lors de l'installation de nouveaux soft par exemple...

Features and Updates

We will be releasing two extremely valuable performance tools to
Helpers, available only within the 2.51 version of the screen-share
client. We plan to release them on July 18th or earlier.  These new
features will enhance your experience and greatly simplify your
customer's experience.

1. Instant Connect

Instant Connect will eliminate the need for sharing codes, and the
confusion that goes along with connecting to your customer's computer.
 Customers can now start the screen-sharing functionality immediately
within the chat window. When the customer starts the screen-sharing
function, CrossLoop's system will automatically start the client or
download the new application in the background.

2. Connect on Reboot

This feature allows Helpers to automatically reconnect with their
customers when your client has to reboot their system in the middle of
a session. Once the customer enters their credentials the client will
automatically reconnect the previous session. This reconnect method
still maintains CrossLoop's customer security standards, while
improving the customer's experience. These tools will increase Helpers
efficiency to complete their support session and decrease complexity
with their customers.
